Job Description
The Head Swim Coach provides leadership in the preparation, planning, and operation of swim team practices at the North Royalton YMCA while promoting and incorporating the YMCA's core values and mission.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication and human relations skills
- Swim Experience is required
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is required
- YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving is required
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Previous experience with Team & Meet Manager Software
- CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 30 days of hire
- Y of the USA swim instructor certifications required within 30 days of hire
- USA swimming instructor certifications required within 30 days of hire
