Job Description
The Lead Teacher position at the YMCA is part-time and focuses on the planning, development, and implementation of all classroom activities, ensuring children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. The role requires safety protocols and adherence to Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) guidelines, as well as maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college or university required.
- CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen required within first 60 days of employment.
