Job Description
Otterbein Life Enrichment Center is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to provide excellent service to YMCA members and other visitors. The role involves member sales, program registration, tour services, and maintaining accurate records. The company emphasizes inclusivity, belonging, and community spirit.
Requirements
- Provides excellent member service.
- Performs membership sales, changes, cancellations, and all other member transactions.
- Handles monetary transactions.
- Follows Member Service Desk processes and systems.
