Job Description
Grand Lake Health/Premier Health South YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Swim Instructor to provide excellent instruction, motivation, and support to members and program participants. The YMCA is a welcoming and supportive community that values individuality and offers opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Leads swim instruction sessions in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Ensures safety by communicating and enforcing pool rules.
- Trained participants in a professional manner.
- Sets up and stores equipment.
- Begins and ends sessions on time.
- Provides excellent member service.
