Job Description
This part-time, non-exempt position is held at the West Carrollton YMCA. The role involves providing excellent swimming instruction, motivating members, and ensuring safety within the pool. The YMCA values inclusion and supports growth and development of individuals. This position offers a welcoming environment with support for the journey to becoming a full potential leader.
Requirements
- Leads swim instruction sessions in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Ensures safety by enforcing pool rules.
- Trains participants in a professional manner.
- Sets up and stores equipment.
- Starts and ends each session on time.
- Communicates any concerns or incidents to supervisor.
