Job Description
The position is for a part-time or non-exempt Swim Instructor at the Grand Lake Health/Premier Health North YMCA in Celina, Ohio. The role focuses on providing excellent instruction, motivating members, and ensuring a safe swimming environment. The company values inclusivity, individuality, and community development.
Requirements
- Leads swim instruction sessions.
- Ensures safety by enforcing pool rules.
- Trains participants in professional manner.
