Job Description
Responsible for officiating youth and adult sports programs at the YMCA in West Carrollton, OH. Ensures safety and enforcement of rules. Builds relationships with members and promotes sports through new leagues, tournaments, and camps.
Requirements
- Monitors play to oversee safety of players and enforce sport's rules
- Ensures gym is ready for games with physical setting and equipment
- Communicates and enforces sports rules effectively
- Maintains cleanliness of the gym area
- Builds relationships with members and program participants
- Tracks and posts league standings
- Posts schedules and events promptly
