Job Description
The Y is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pool users. The ideal candidate will be certified in CPR, AED, O2 and First Aid and have strong water skills. This role involves rescue, emergency care, preventing accidents, maintaining skills, and upholding Y policies. The Y offers training to those who may lack prior experience.
Requirements
- Must be certified in CPR, AED, O2 and First Aid.
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Must be a Lifeguard or have certification by another nationally recognized organization.
- Must possess a cooperative spirit and character development.
