Job Description
Youth Activity Instructors play a key role in fostering a fun, healthy, and safe environment for youth of all ages, with a variety of roles available including Child Watch Attendant, Youth Sports Instructor, Special Events Staff, and more.
Requirements
- Supervise, lead activities, and facilitate lesson plans for children and youth
- Create a welcoming, nurturing, and safe environment for all participants, members, and guests
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and facilities
- Follow all YMCA policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
