Program Lead Out of School Time

The Program Lead will guide a team in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where youth can learn, build friendships, and grow in confidence. They will assist in developing, planning, and implementing daily activities, and integrate YMCA character development program into daily programming.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 months (460 hours) experience working with children under 13 years of age
• Exceptional group management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire
