Program Lead Out of School Time

The Program Lead will guide a team in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for youth, leading activities and supporting staff to help programs run smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 months (460 hours) experience working with children under 13 years of age required
• Exceptional group management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience creating interactive and educational activities, youth development, academic enrichment and arts
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire
