Job Description
The lifeguard will ensure the safety of all participants in or around the YMCA pool, complete emergency procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The position requires a strong swimmer to apply, and the company will help obtain lifeguard certification.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Successful completion of State of Florida Criminal History Background Check requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
- Professional appearance and attitude
