Job Description
We are seeking a strong swimmer to join our team as a lifeguard at the YMCA of Southwest Florida in Bradenton, FL. Must be 16 years of age or older and complete required certifications and training. Strong communication and decision-making skills required.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Successfully complete State of Florida Criminal History Background Check requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
