Job Description
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of participants in or around the YMCA pool, under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator/Director. Strong swimmers encouraged to apply, with training provided for certification.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Successfully complete State of Florida Criminal History Background Check requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
