Job Description
The Vice President of Operations (Central Region) will support the work of YMCA of Southwest Florida, leading a region of 4 or more locations and youth programs. The individual will advance the mission of the YMCA, serve as a trusted member of the Leadership Team, and create a sense of connection among staff and volunteers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, education, business or equivalent
- Eight or more years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency
- Ability to direct total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and program development
