The Vice President of Youth Development provides executive leadership and strategic direction for Youth Development as a primary pillar of impact within the YMCA of Southern Nevada’s 2026–2030 strategic plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in youth development or licensed childcare
- Minimum of 5 years supervising senior-level leaders
- Minimum of 5 years managing a $2 million budget or greater
- Demonstrated experience managing complex grant-funded programs
- Experience working with public school systems and government partnerships preferred
- Previous YMCA experience preferred
