10+ years of leadership experience in youth development or licensed childcare, 5+ years of supervising senior-level leaders, 5+ years of managing a $2 million budget or greater
Lifeguard and Swim Instructor
High school diploma or equivalent, 3-6 months of relevant experience, lifeguard certification, and swim instructor certification
Aquatic Lead Lifeguard
High school degree or equivalent, at least six months of aquatic experience, and current American Red Cross Deep Water Lifeguarding Certification
21st Century Site Coordinator - Griffith
Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience in out-of-school-time programming, and 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
