Job Description
The YMCA of Southern Nevada is looking for a lead lifeguard to join our aquatics team, acting as the on-site supervisor when no other manager is present and guiding lifeguards and swim instructors to ensure a safe and smooth pool area. The role involves supervising aquatic staff and volunteers, enforcing safety policies, and communicating directives to staff and the public.
Requirements
- Assist with the supervision of aquatic staff and volunteers
- Act as a role model among staff, members, and guests
- Ensure that YMCA Aquatics Safety policies and pool operating procedures are enforced at all times
