Job Description
The YMCA of Southern Nevada is looking for a 21st Century Site Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Griffith Elementary 21st Century Community Learning Center. The ideal candidate will have a high energy level, enthusiasm for the YMCA's mission, and flexibility. The position starts on July 1st, 2026.
Requirements
- Manages and implements the 21st Century grant on-site at Griffith Elementary School
- Participates in regular trainings, meetings, and staff development
- Ensures proper implementation of the YMCA of Southern Nevada's Youth Development policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe and secure site location with established emergency procedures
