Associate Aquatics Executive

The Associate Aquatics Executive is responsible for the administration of safe, quality aquatic programs at the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas. They will provide leadership to include Swim Team, Swim Lessons, Safety Around Water, and general pool operations. The role requires a strong emphasis on budget, program growth, staff development, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in pool management and operations
• Y-USA Multi-Team Leader Certification (or equivalent)
• YMCA certifications in Lifeguarding, Lifeguard Instructor, and Swimming Instructor
• Pool Operator certification
