Job Description
The YMCA of Western North Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the Out-of-School Time (OST) program at an assigned facility. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for daily supervision and activities for program participants, collaborating with Youth Services Directors, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree related to the assigned program preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience working with youth in an educational or recreational setting
- Level 4 or higher certification on the NC School-Age Professional Scale or equivalent required within 120 days
