Job Description
The Youth Services Program Manager - Beaverdam leads Out-of-School Time (OST) program operations and year-round community programming at the YMCA's Beaverdam site. This is a program-heavy leadership role that demands someone equally comfortable running a high-enrollment daily after school and camp program and designing hands-on outdoor experiences for children, families, and the broader community.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in outdoor education, recreation, environmental education, youth development, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with youth in an educational, recreational, or outdoor setting.
- Demonstrated experience planning and running multi-faceted programs with high participant volume.
