Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will work together with your team to develop efficient processes and provide optimal customer support. You will be responsible for customer support and communication, problem-solving and incident management, collaboration and knowledge sharing, and advising and integrating.
Requirements
- MBO+ HBO work and thinking level, at least completed MBO ICT course level 4
- Experience in a Support/Servicedesk and/or as a technical consultant
- Knowledge in the field of Support and (affinity with) ICT
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Available 32 - 40 hours a week
