Tech Lead / Software Engineer - Yobi Ad Platform

Yobi is a rapidly growing Behavioral AI company on a mission to ethically democratize the benefits of data and AI. As the Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer for the Yobi Ad Platform, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the systems that power our real-time ML-based advertising stack.

Requirements

• Experience leading multi-person or even multi-team projects
• Deep systems experience in distributed, high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Strong with compiled languages such as Go, Rust, C++, Scala, or Java
• Architectural ownership and ability to design clean interfaces
• Operational maturity and understanding of observability, alerting, and reproducibility
• Mentorship and leadership skills
