Product Training Specialist (Technical Focus)

We are looking for a Product Training Specialist with strong technical understanding of SaaS products to design and scale impactful training experiences around Yodeck’s platform.

Requirements

• Technical background or hands-on experience working with digital products, SaaS platforms or technical solutions.
• Good understanding of web application concepts like web services & APIs.
• Experience working directly with customers and internal teams in adopting and using digital products.
• Strong interest in helping others understand and confidently use technology or digital products
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with high ownership and autonomy
