Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP)
- Global Exposure with a proven track record of managing geographically dispersed sales teams
- Deep expertise in modern sales and coaching methodologies
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi million dollar quotas in high growth environments
- Experience recruiting, coaching and developing, and retaining high performing sales talent
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
