Lead Design Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a Lead Design Engineer (Civil) to join our Engineering Design Team. The role involves delivering high-quality civil engineering design for water, wastewater, and storm overflow programmes. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of civil design experience, strong technical capability in hydraulic design, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum of 5 years' civil design experience within the water or wastewater sector
• Strong technical capability in hydraulic modelling, treatment processes, and pipeline design
• Proven experience in wastewater and/or water treatment works, gravity and pressurized pipelines, earthworks, structural design, and site layout development
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly organized with experience delivering multiple design outputs to project deadlines
• Committed to safety, sustainability, and high-quality engineering design
