Mechanical Fitter

Mechanical Fitter position available at Yorkshire Water, responsible for maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical assets across water and wastewater treatment and pumping installations at Bio-Resource sites. Competitive salary, company van, and benefits package offered.

Requirements

• Recognised Mechanical craft/Technician Apprenticeship
• City & Guilds/ ONC/ BTEC/ NVQ/ HNC/ HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Eng Tech
• Full valid driving licence (with no more than six points)
• Experience and knowledge in Safe isolation to the current IET regulations
• Time served industrial mechanical fitter.
• Working with rotating equipment.
• Ability to produce maintenance reports.
• Fault finding on mechanical systems.
