Metered Customer Service Advisor

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Metered Customer Service Advisor to ensure accurate and timely water meter readings, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the company's vision to be the best in the industry.

Requirements

• Locate external meter chambers and enter customer premises to accurately record water meter readings
• Ensure regular maintenance of meter reading rounds and location notes
• Attend customer appointments to investigate high and low consumption and take action
• Carry out ad hoc meter readings, identify and replace damaged meters, and identify street furniture defects
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and adhere to accident management procedures
• Work as part of the team to deliver excellent performance and take personal responsibility for health and safety, risk management, and control of work
