Job Description
At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, we are seeking a Director, IT Security and Infrastructure to provide strategic and operational leadership of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across the University. The successful candidate will lead the infrastructure and security function, including infrastructure platforms, networks, cloud environments, and IT security. The role offers opportunities for leadership growth and expanded scope as the function matures.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and security
- Technical project management and an understanding of industry trends and strategies
- Experience fostering inclusive working environments, managing team objectives, coaching, performance management, and conflict management
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and modern IT environments
- In-depth understanding of IT governance, regulatory compliance, and security standards
