Policy Research Coordinator

Young Invincibles seeks a policy research coordinator with methodological skills to conduct research related to health care, higher education, and workforce issues facing young adults today. The position will work collaboratively with the national team and regional offices to support the 2026-2027 strategic agenda.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant policy and research experience in social sciences
• Two years of experience in political advocacy, specifically in Texas cities
• Familiarity with Texas state policy issues related to health care, higher education, mental health, workforce, and civic engagement
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Knowledge of accessing, downloading, cleaning, and analyzing publicly available data
