Certified Lifeguard

This position is for a Certified Lifeguard at a YMCA pool. The role involves maintaining pool safety, providing excellent customer service, and being a part of a welcoming and supportive community. Requirements

• Maintain active surveillance of the pool area
• Know and review emergency procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
• Understand and apply safety rules and policies
• Ensure accurate records are maintained
• Perform equipment checks and assist with upkeep
• Conduct chemical testing as required
• Participate in staff meetings and training
