Job Description
Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Philadelphia Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associates degree is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience using database type software
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
