Supports the Program Director with hiring, training, and supervision of staff. Performs intakes, coordinates client staffing, and manages compliance with YAP and referring authority requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree generally preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in managing personnel and budgets
- Licensure in AR (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC)
- Knowledge of child welfare systems, mental health practices, juvenile justice systems, and budgetary concepts
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
