Job Description
Behavioral Health Technician is a non-traditional way of providing intense individualized mental health interventions and support services in a variety of community-based settings to children/adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses and their families.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
- Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Strong verbal and written computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
