Employment Instructor

The Employment Instructor assists with Supported Employment through the OVR program for the summer program, developing relationships with participants and employers, and preparing employment proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High School or GED with one year of paid experience working with young adults
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
• Experience working with at risk youth and families as well as employers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus
