The Employment Instructor assists with Supported Employment through the OVR program for the summer program, developing relationships with participants and employers, and preparing employment proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High School or GED with one year of paid experience working with young adults
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
- Experience working with at risk youth and families as well as employers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus
