Employment Specialist

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Employment Specialist in Reading, PA to support individuals with developmental disabilities and provide advocacy services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in any other major with one year of paid experience
• Associates Degree or 60 completed college credits with three years of paid experience
• High School Diploma or GED and one-year experience paid or volunteer, working with young adults and/or adults
• Experience working with youth and families
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
