Job Description
The Intensive Family Coordinator will provide case management and direct advocacy services to families, complete assessments and create individualized service plans, and provide services for a truancy program in the school district.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience working with youth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
