Job Description
The Program Coordinator assists the Program Director and Administration with daily program operations, ensuring effective and compliant service delivery. The position requires a strong knowledge of day-to-day operations, particularly contract compliance, service delivery, and participant intake/referral process. The Coordinator will also perform Advocate duties and serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- At least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets
- Experience working with youth in community, school, or home settings
- Strong understanding of program operations, service delivery standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
