Program Coordinator

This position is responsible to provide support for the Hillsborough County program and program director. The Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day to day operations of their program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the participants intake/referral process for services.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree generally preferred
• One year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets
• Demonstrated communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Experience in the provision of home and community-based services
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families is a plus
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is strongly preferred
