The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Fulton County Program, including provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management.
Requirements
- Responsible for all services provided to participants and their families
- Oversee the intake process, including interviewing referrals and family members
- Monitor service delivery and implement service or treatment plans
- Identify, recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Provide direct service professional personnel with staff development and training sessions
- Assist staff in creative problem solving and ensure timely submission of administrative and billing documents
