The Full Time Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Cullman County Program and surrounding counties, including the provision of participants services, personnel management, and budget management.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Health and Human Services Area
- Minimum One (1) year of experience in community-based agency program
- Current state licensure (Licensed Social Worker LSW or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC))
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
