Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Lebanon County Family Based Program, including provision of services, personnel management, and budget management.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services area (i.e., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
• Commensurate experience in community-based agency program
• Previous experience in managing personnel and budgets
• Experience working in a community service program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record System
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
• Bilingual is highly preferred
