Regional Director

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the development and implementation of Northern Pennsylvania programs. The Regional Director will work closely with a team to ensure the successful execution of initiatives supporting individuals and families in need.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• 10 years of commensurate experience in a community-based agency program
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in human services or community-based programming
• IBHS and/or Behavioral Health Experience required
• Ability to lead, coach, and support program management and direct service staff across multiple locations
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, compliance, and outcomes
