Job Description
Yuma AI is building a next-generation orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e-commerce. As a Senior Full Stack / Rails Engineer, you will join a tight, high-performing team of 5 and work across the full product lifecycle, including new features, A/B tests, model integrations, AI agent pipelines, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience building and scaling production Rails applications
- Recent, hands-on experience with LLMs
- Ability to contribute across the stack when needed (backend-first, but not backend-only)
- Deeply care about product quality, speed, and delivering a great user experience
