Foreman

We are seeking a Foreman to join our ITS and TCS project delivery team. The successful candidate will work within the projects team, overseeing specialist sub-contractors and ensuring the successful delivery of contractor works during projects. The role will also involve investigating project activities, supervising the delivery of projects, and ensuring documentation is up to standard.

Requirements

• Investigation of project activities and ensuring all works required projects works are able to be carried out.
• Oversee specialist sub-contractors
• Undertake appropriate training with the addition of new equipment and systems as and when necessary, via formal and informal training, including on the job training.
• Supervise the delivery of a wide range of projects in accordance with current national/local standards, guidance, specifications and best practice.
• Ensure the required documentation is up to standard and record-keeping systems are up to date and communicated with the team.
• Any other duties reasonably requested within the skills required for the role.
