Job Description
Customer Success Manager - Federal: Advise customers on the use of Legion's product, manage customer requirements, and develop technical knowledge of the product. Travel is required, primarily on the Eastern seaboard.
Requirements
- SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with a technical product
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate
- Understanding of AI technologies
