Facilities Monitor / Floor Manager (Part Time - Weekends/Holidays)

YWCA Delaware is seeking a Facilities Monitor/Floor Manager to provide security, safety, and protection measures for participants, staff, and visitors in a 24-hour transitional housing program. The ideal candidate will have experience in a safety and security environment, strong computer skills, and the ability to interact with diverse groups.

• High school degree
• Two years' experience in a safety and security environment
• Ability to interact successfully with participants and staff from diverse backgrounds
• Reliability and dependability
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office
