Client Care Technician P/T Weekend 4pm-10pm

Provide support services and activities to residential clients recovering from domestic violence, drug addiction, or similar challenges. Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhere to rules and policies, and provide positive reinforcement. Assist with planning and carrying out groups and activities, receive and respond to crisis calls, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• 1-3 years of general office experience
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office
