Job Description
The Client Care Technician will provide support services and activities to residential clients with Domestic Violence, Drug Addiction, or similar challenges. The technician will provide consistent supervision, support, and safety to the clients, adhere to rules and policies of the YWCA, and assist in recovery from Domestic Violence or similar challenges.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Continuing education classes in related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong customer services skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 1-3 years of general office experience
